"Design, to me, is the art of elevating the sensibilities of those who encounter it. The goal is to inspire each person's emotions and senses, create new experiences with small changes, and bring change to daily life. At the same time, we pursue natural and pleasant changes. We approach situations with a circular rather than a square mindset, viewing circumstances from inclusive and diverse perspectives to uncover meaningful outcomes. 'Mannal' is a name created to encapsulate the diverse meanings inherent in the Korean language, with the aim of implicitly expressing a design philosophy. It symbolizes the convergence of many conversations, much like the process of completing a project, as it seeks meaningful lines and visually, spatially represents them. We focus on reinterpreting commonly seen materials and common places, and telling stories in our designs. Discovering the identity of each client, engaging in collaborative discussions, we create end results. Our commitment goes beyond aesthetic functionality; we think structurally and design not only the form but also the emotions within that structure. To enrich the relationship between objects and people, to discover new questions, and to convey inspiration to others through authentic work that harmonizes life. This is Mannal's goal."
