‘만날’은 인테리어, 가구, 브랜딩 등 여러 디자인 분야에서 활동하는 디자인 스튜디오 입니다. 우리는 사각형이 아닌 원형으로 사고하며, 포괄적이고 다양한 시각으로 상황을 바라보고 그 결과를 찾아냅니다. 'Mannal'은 한글이 내포한 다양한 의미와 그 속에 감춰진 의미를 함축적으로 담은 이름입니다. 우리는 많은 이야기의 과정이 하나의 프로젝트를 완성하는 것처럼 이치에 맞는 선을 찾아 시각적, 공간적으로 표현합니다.

디자인은 접하는 이들의 감성을 높이는 일이라고 믿습니다.. 각 사람의 감성과 감각에 영감을 주고, 작은 변화로 새로운 경험을 창조하며, 일상에 변화를 가져오는 것이 목표이며 동시에 자연스럽고 기분 좋은 변화를 추구합니다. 저희는 흔히 볼 수 있는 소재와 흔한 장소를 새롭게 재해석하는 것에 주력하며, 디자인에 이야기를 담아내고 있습니다. 각 클라이언트의 정체성을 발견하고 함께 고민하며 결과물을 만들어냅니다.

미적인 기능을 넘어 구조적으로 사고하고 그 구조 안에 담길 사람의 마음까지 디자인하고자 하는 우리의 의지입니다. 물건과 인간의 관계를 풍부하게 만들며 새로운 의문을 발견하고 삶을 조화롭게 만드는 진실된 작업을 통해 사람들에게 감동을 전하고자 하는 것이 Mannal의 목표입니다."

"Design, to me, is the art of elevating the sensibilities of those who encounter it. The goal is to inspire each person's emotions and senses, create new experiences with small changes, and bring change to daily life. At the same time, we pursue natural and pleasant changes. We approach situations with a circular rather than a square mindset, viewing circumstances from inclusive and diverse perspectives to uncover meaningful outcomes. 'Mannal' is a name created to encapsulate the diverse meanings inherent in the Korean language, with the aim of implicitly expressing a design philosophy. It symbolizes the convergence of many conversations, much like the process of completing a project, as it seeks meaningful lines and visually, spatially represents them.

We focus on reinterpreting commonly seen materials and common places, and telling stories in our designs. Discovering the identity of each client, engaging in collaborative discussions, we create end results. Our commitment goes beyond aesthetic functionality; we think structurally and design not only the form but also the emotions within that structure. To enrich the relationship between objects and people, to discover new questions, and to convey inspiration to others through authentic work that harmonizes life. This is Mannal's goal."
